Sell-side engagements are dynamic and are determined by the seller’s objectives.  At the forefront of all our sell-side engagements is confidentiality.  StoneCore principals have represented entrepreneurs, family-businesses, public companies and private equity in transactions.  Transactions are structured as asset sales and or stock sales in order to maximize value and post-tax proceeds.

StoneCore sell-side engagements include:
• Preliminary valuation of the business, including the strategic and synergistic value of the business to the most logical suitors.
• Marketing materials that highlight unique operating attributes and financial performance.
• Identify and contact buyers; initial contact is done at the corporate or C-Suite level in order to maintain confidentiality of a potential transaction.
• Negotiate sales price and key business terms in transaction documents.
• Interface with client’s legal and tax counsel.
• Facilitate all transaction due diligence and closing items.
